01. Create a new ******** sized 340x340. Make a selection sized 120x200 using the Elliptical Marquee Tool (M). Edit > Fill (Shift+F5) this shape on a new layer with color #999999.

02. Now make another selection sized 180x180. Place it on the current shape as shown below and Select > Invert (Ctrl+Shift+I). Now press Delete once to clear the unwanted part.

03. Now Layer > Layer Style > Drop Shadow and use the following settings

08. Now you have Layer 1 for the mouse shape. Now, Select > Load Selection and load the shape of the mouse shape (shortcut: hold Ctrl and click on the layer in the layer window).

16. Now make another selection sized 180x100 on top of the shape. Place it as shown in the preview below. Make a new layer (Layer 3) and fill it with color #666666.

17. Now set the fill opacity to 0%. Click on the Apply a layer style button to apply the styles in the next step.

23. Now make another new layer (Layer 4) and fill it with #999999 with the shape shown. Here I used a elliptical selection sized 32x72 and a vertical line with width 2px

24. Drag and place it on top of Layer 3 and Layer > Create Clipping Mask (Ctrl+G) to mask it with the basic shape layer (Layer 1).
Now click on Layer 3 and Layer > Layer Style > Copy Layer Style. Then click on Layer 4 and Layer > Layer Style > Paste Layer Style.

26. Make a new layer (Layer 5) and set the blending mode and opacity to the values shown below. Mask this layer with Layer 1.

27. Now make a small shape as decoration. Fill it with white #FFFFFF. I filled the shape using a selection as shown.

35. Make a new selection sized 20x60. Make a new layer (Layer 7) and fill it with Gradient Tool (G). Use a Black to white gradient and fill the bottom with white.

36. Set the opacity of this layer to 50%
